This video, by Dr Mike Evans... explains how important walking (or movement in general) can be, reducing your chances for major illnesses by 50% in some cases. Combine your mindfulness practice with 30 mins of walking or other exercise per day, for both mental-emotional and physical health.

His concluding question: Can you limit your sitting and sleeping to just 23 and 1/2 hours per day?
