While on the move in everyday life, notice what you inspire in others...

--ask questions and explain your intentions if you notice others are confused by you, unresponsive, irritated, or indifferent. Don't expect everyone to be interested in what interests you.

Ask others what they are inspired by or interested in

--more depth of emotional intimacy is possible if you show interest in what interests others. Everyone wants to be seen and understood.

Notice what you're inspired by, and what gets in the way.

--ask yourself what you need to find, to live an inspired purpose. It's an ongoing check-in and adjustment because life is always changing.

Ask for help from people who inspire you

--sometimes you need to ask for what you want. Most people like to share their knowledge and support in their field of interest.
