Anchor your attention to the breath, and...

1. observe your breathing

2. note how shallow or deep your breaths are

3. do you hold your breath when stressed or rushing?

4. lengthen your in-breath and your out-breath will automatically be longer

5. each time you stand up to move, feel your feet on the floor instead of thinking thoughts, feel your gait as you move, and breathe slower and deeper

6. note how feeling the breath and body as you move feels different from being in your thoughts all the time
