Everyone in life has different things to do, and different reasons for "being," so meaning comes from unique places, depending on the person.

Mindful practice is so much about self-awareness and breaking down the barriers of defence and fear that prevent people from finding their courage, and meaning.

So, with every moment you breathe and relax more, or notice more, your true inner self is being revealed. Mindfulness gives you the courage to uncover, and then become your truest self.
