Breathe and allow yourself to feel what's good about life in every moment. Give yourself permission to be fully alive, and notice your senses.
Feel the doorknob as you open the door. Feel your feet on the ground, your arm swing, and hips moving as you walk.
Your thoughts, emotions, and physical body want to connect and be together, in each moment. Mindful awareness trains your brain to allow all aspects of you to meet in the same moments.
If you use thoughts without emotions and sensations, or emotions without thoughts and sensations, or sensations without thoughts and emotions, you're only living a partial existence.
Put it all together with mindfulness, and feel what it's like to be fully you. When you can regularly experience your whole self in each moment, a new sense starts to show itself, as your intuition comes more online. Something to look forward to!
