Because the brains we have make it so easy to just keep doing what we've always done, it takes an active choice to review our own thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Mindful awareness is the tool that allows us to find the hidden specifics in the corners of our own choices, which work and don't work. Discernment grows with every instance of mindful self-reflection or observation. 

Look, listen, taste, feel, notice, learn, choose, and plan, to discern and appreciate more about your own existence- in each moment.
